OK, sometimes when you've hit a plateau like this or you've hit the wall and are up and down, you have to change things up.
Yes, I love the apple and cinnamon stick crumbles but how about a pear? Or grapefruit? Or a plum? Or a different type of apple (there are only a couple of hundred different varieties - LOL). Or, if you're REALLY having a problem, have some V-8 Fruit Fusion. Then you get a serving of veggies and fruit all in one glass!
Do you eat the same food over and over? Try switching that up. Try different dishes. Have lunch for dinner and dinner for lunch.
Heck when I hit a bump and I was really totally OVER the lunches, for a couple of weeks, with my JCCs approval, I had dinner for lunch and dinner!
I mean, you don't want to give up but if you don't change up SOMETHING you're going to talk yourself out of this plan and you've come sooooooo far!
Please, try something new. We're here for you!
