Thanks so much for the answer to my last post, I will try to be patient with the new website...truly it would have helped to know in advance, then I probably wouldn't have questioned it in the first place!
That being said, you answered both my post and someone else's post by saying that the progress tracker situation has been fixed...I just wanted to let you know that I am still seeing the same message about needing to install flash player to use it as of 9:25 pm pacific time...
I already had flash player installed, but I actually went to Adobe and installed it again today, so I know I have the latest version and it is showing up working fine on the Adobe website...
I have no problems with waiting a few days for this, but I am concerned because you posted that it is resolved, and it isn't for me...
Also, and forgive me if you know this already, but I have still been unable to access the website home page. I have been able to get to other parts of the site by clicking on links from the forums here (which I was able to access from a bookmark) and clicking on links underneath the homepage from a Google search, but no go on the actual homepage. Not by clicking on a link from Google, not by my bookmark, not by typing jennycraig.com as the url.
I just want to make sure you know this, because I would think that would be a top priority for you guys, as people searching for Jenny may not find their way to the website, the top paid link, and the top free link when you search "Jenny Craig" result in a blue page that says sorry for the inconvenience...
I know you guys are working hard to fix this stuff, I just wanted to let you know about these two issues...And I, for one, would greatly appreciate any response from you on progress. It will probably lessen the questions if we are kept a bit in the loop about what is being worked on, and then we can help if anything is missed at the end!
