Does anyone know what comes in the 3 day sample pack? (specifically?)

I assume it would be all of "their best" food...but would love to know for sure.

Hi there,
I just ordered this and received the following:

Breakfasts
Breakfast Scramble
French Toast
Frosted Oats Cereal

Lunches
Turkey Burger - YUMMY! My favorite!!!
Beef Chow Mein
Southwestern Chicken with Rice

Dinners
Mac & Cheese
Turkey & Gravy
Chicken Fettuccine

Snacks & Desserts
Bruschetta Veggie Chips
Cinnamon Twists
Yogurt Dream Bar
Chocolate Walnut Brownie

Other Stuff
Peanut Butter Chocolate Anytime Bars (1 box)
Lite Table Syrup
Ranch Dressing (1)
Balsamic Dressing (2)

Hope this helps! I am not sure this are their 'best sellers' but a good mix. I hear that the cinnamon rolls are to die for!
Good Luck!
Casey

Welcome, Angie (which also happens to be the name of several of my cousins - LOL)!

Anyway, hope you enjoy your three-day trial. :)

I can tell you the Jenny is one of the easiest and tastiest plans you'll be on. Hope you come to the boards often. We'll all be here to cheer you on.

I too ordered the 3 day pack, one of the reasons I ended up at Jenny. I was looking for a meal plan and doing the 3 day was a way to see if I would even like the food without a large financial commitment. As it turned out, I liked the food so much I signed up before I was finished the pack. And the $39.99 you spend on it can be applied as a discount on your first food purchase if you sign up within 2 weeks of receving your kit. Nearing the end of my first week and so far there has only been one food item I didn't like. Having the sample kit food came in handy then, because I replaced the item i didn't like with a leftover I had!

Thanks guys I really really want this to work. Do you know if they still offer the loose 20 lbs for $20?

They have a $20 for 28 day plan now which sort of replaced the 20 lbs. for $20. The benefit of the new plan is that you can renew and there was some "controversy" at some centers whether you could renew the 20 for $20 plan. Some centers would let you do it, others won't.

Going in to talk tomorrow about the program. I finally got my husband to agree that the cost is worth the weightloss. I also want to lose 20 lbs. I am excited and nervous! LOL I have been asking for Jenny Craig for the last five years for birthday and Christmas presents....FINALLY!

Welcome Meesie and congrats on making a great decision. JC works and if you learn to have a new relationship with food for the rest of your life, then it's a great plan.

If you think you'll lose the 20 lbs. and maybe go back to eating the way you did in the past when you put on the weight, save your money. There are cheaper diets.

Personally I think J C is worth the investment because I've lost the weight AND kept it off. That to me is worth so much.

Please come to the boards often and we'll cheer you on, answer questions, listen to you vent and just be here for you because we've all been where you're going and we can help.

Congrats on finally getting a great present for yourself and for being smart enough not to weight until your weight boomed up higher to start. You'll do great! :)
