Every day is a little different but it will be below the 1200 calories. Then she adds in items like dairy, fruit, and veggies. To determine how many calories she needs to add in a day will depend on her height/weight.

My three day sampler just arrived :). I wonder about couple of things however. Is the shipping still free or do I have to pay for when I am on my own. I am thinking of joining the online only option. I saw that I can order the food by selecting the date range which seems pretty cool and perhaps will help me split the cost. How much do you guys spend monthly on JC food?

Personally, i don't like the new WW program. I was a lifetime member for years, having lost about 50 lbs and kept it off for 6 years. This past year I've gained about 30lbs, went back to WW, and tried their new program. Hate it. Decided to try Jenny and it's been fantastic. I didn't lose anything for the couple of weeks I tried new WW program. With Jenny, I lost over 3 lbs first week and the food is great and very filling. The online tools are helpful and easy to navigate. I love it!
