I've been with Jenny for 4 weeks now and I feel as if I'm not doing that great. Although I'm not gaining weight I'm not loosing too much either. I need motivation...any suggestions?

Try to exercise in morning before you go to work. I go mallwalking in the mornings as early as I can get there. Our mall opens at 6:30 in the morning just for walkers!!!! Isn't that great!!! They have music playing, too, which helps you keep up your pace and makes it fun. Plus, there are other walkers there you can walk with!!!

Well, I'm not in St. Louis (beautiful city, BTW) but there are a bunch of us here on the boards that would love to help you. :)

Just tell us what you need and why you don't think you're doing great on the program and we'll see if we can help.

As for motivation, why did you join JC to begin with? Yes, I know, we all joined, in part, to lose weight, but why?

The people who have the best motivation (wanting to get healthier, wanting to lose weight to get off certain meds, wanting to be a role model to their kids, etc.) usually do better and keep the weight off more easily than someone who simply wants to "lose weight" for a special event, vacation or other "short term" goal.

If you can keep reminding yourself why you joined JC to begin with, that will help a lot to keep you motivated.

We're here for you! Just tell us what you need. :)
