So I lost 18 lbs April-June....life happened, I became my last priority...and here I am with 6 lbs back on and very, very frustrated. This plan is so easy...why can't I just follow it? Just finished a HUGE project at work so there is NO excuse not to put everything into ME.

Anyone wanna join me on this part of my journey?

We're ALL here to join you on your journey. Congrats for running back after only regaining six pounds. That will come off in no time. And you know the plan works, so just work it.

As for why you can't (or, more to the point, didn't) follow it is because if you're like most of us, we've been looking at food the wrong way for most (or a good part) of our lives.

THIS time on JC, don't think of it as just a diet. Think of it as a way for you to develop a totally new relationship with food that you'll keep for the rest of your life. And IF, IF, IF you happen to gain any weight back, just like you did this time, come running back to JC before it gets out of control.

Welcome back! Keep in touch and let us know how things are going, ask questions, rave about successes and rant about any problems. We've all been on this road and we can help you get through the journey. :)

Count me in! I was down 29 lbs and well, stuff happened and I gained more than 1/2 back so I have a meeting with my Consultant in 45 minutes! I won an all expense paid trip to San Diego and we, my family, are going in Mid-May. The beach is a new experience for my husband and I, the kids have been, so I have major incentive with lots of pictures that will be taken and the way I want to look imprinted in my head. I say let's ROCK this thing!
