Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the
attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way
your mind looks at what happens. - John Homer Miller

As far as exercise is concerned it's as simple as moving. That's it. It can just be walking. If someplace you want to go is just a couple of blocks away, don't drive - walk or take a bicycle.
Put on music and dance! As I recall in your culture, dancing is very popular - so dance!
If you're watching TV, walk in place. Or order a walking video. Leslie Sansone has a lot of them that you just need about five feet of space to walk in to get a good workout.
If you're visiting someone, park your car a couple of blocks away and walk. If you're shopping, don't park near the store, walk a few blocks.
Washing dishes? Move your feet back on forth while you're scrubbing away.
Drop a bunch of things on the floor and bend and stretch to pick them up.
It's really not complicated. You don't need a gym or special equipment. You just have to move. It's just that simple...and that difficult to get started. But remember what they say - bodies at rest, stay at rest - bodies in motion, stay in motion. So get moving! You can do it!
