Well I went to JC weight in today since I always go on Sunday and Christmas was yesterday I did bad I back at 185.4 lbs gain back 3.2 lbs I suppose lost 3 weeks ago I think because of hoiliday well back on my horse

Sorry about the temporary gain, Kelly, but glad that you're back on track. That's the spirit! Progress, not perfection. :)

I am back on the horse perhaps tommorow I going plan walk at the track do my usual 4 miles also last week I have touch of flu so I haven't been well LOL! tooo

Combination of holiday being on woman time being sick LOL yeah now I be back on the horse

Well this week I lost almost 3 lbs I down to 182.8 lbs from high 185.4 props tome LOL!

I think it was holidays now I thinking about it stress and other stuff even Sandy said I don't look stress on this time around

I still try get off 180 mark I still at 183.2 lbs since last week I think because of that big drop now it seem stablize I lost half a ounce I didn'lt gain I have for family time somewhere I have veggie tray since it was raining busy busy I didn't get my exercise in

Last week I did JC walking DVD and JC ROPE resistence that probably help it did rain last week in this area

I too am at my half way mark... have lost 70lbs and now want to lose 70 more... I am struggling to get motivated again to exercise since Christmas.... this week they started a Biggest loser contest at work again (i won the last one) hopefully that will be a great motivator. It runs till April 23.... My goal is 3 lbs a week for about 50lbs hopefully by then. Congratulation to everyone on your successes on the scale and off (...example... putting that candycane cheesecake back on the grocery shelf instead of bringing it home... I'm sure it doesn't taste very good any ways :-P)

Andrea, you've done so well so far. I'm sure you'll be able to accomplish this goal and win yet another contest. But even if you don't "win" the contest, you'll win at losing the weight and getting healthier and happier. You're doing great!!!! :)

I think I almost to 180 level I down to 182.4 lbs today lost only one lbs I think I getting sick again I wonder how this going effect me

I keep trying work out depend on how I feel tommorow today my mom going fix veggie tray for Super Bowl get together

Kelly, sure it sucks when you have an "off" week but on average people lose 1-2 lbs. a week (some more, some - like me - waaaay less). But the thing to remember is that this is a LIFELONG JOURNEY so if it takes you an extra couple of weeks to get to goal, that can be looked as a good thing because you'll have more time for your mind and body to adjust to your new relationship with food.

I think - weightwise - you're doing fine. As for not feeling well, hope yoiu feel better soon! :)

I only lose 1-2 lbs a week, too. Sometimes less - but I tell myself that as long as it's going down, a small amount is fine. I try not to beat myself up and make this harder than it is. A loss is a loss and it THRILLS ME!
