5 to Couch question

I'm wondering how long i will last since i had that long of a break.

You could always try week 5 and if it doesn't work out drop back to week 4. I will say the jump to week 5 is the hardest that you do in my humble opinion. I did week 4 for 2 weeks. Just don't over do it and get hurt!

Melissa, Couch to 5k is a walking/running program that gives you guidance on how long to walk/jog/run every week to build up from not running at all to being able to endure a 5k. I'm just in the beginning weeks, but there are 9 "weeks" altogether.
