The program DOES work! I lost 45 lbs., kept it off for over three years, did something stupid and regained 10 and ran back to JC and now I'm back on maintenance. Yea!
As you've already been told, the food is great, the plan - if you follow it - is easy and it works!!!

Probably the biggest thing to remember is that you have to drink a MINIMUM of 64 oz. of water a day. I know, if you're not normally a water drinker, it's a lot. BUT you can drink Crystal Light or buy another flavor enhancer, Mio. Think of it this way, that means you have to drink a half cup of water (or flavored water - not diet soda) every hour you're awake OR 8 8-ounce glasses a day. You can do that!
Of course, exercise is also very important. If you're not used to exercise just remember that exercise is just...moving. That's all you have to do. You can start by walking. If you are out shopping, park far away from the stores. If you can walk somewhere rather than drive, walk!
If you're up to doing other forms of exercise, great! The more you move, the more you lose.
