Have lost 36lbs. and have another 30 to go.....am in the 160's again, not been there in 3 years.....Feel so much better with so much more energy. I am 57 and never thought I could lose like this at my age. Thanks JC and all of you.

I'm right there with you!! I'm 58 and losing slowly but steadily. I know that if I was NOT doing JC, I'd still be 37 pounds heavier and still not able to walk around the house without pain. Thank you Jenny!!!

Thanks everyone for all the support.

Susan, you can do this. I had a hysterectomy last year at this time and thought I was doomed to be fat for life..even my internist took me off Lipitor due to side effects and failed to put me on another med for my high cholesterol. His reasoning, you're heavy now, what good would a medicine do at this point...HUH???? So, I don't take anything, hoping this weight loss will lower it naturally.

Blessed4Life, thank you. You look amazing and beautiful. I hope to be at goal this summer. The first 36 came off since June 16th. However I think the last 30 will take a few months....

Cindy, congrats! I know you can do this. I was in my last 50s when I lost 45 lbs. so I'm sure you absolutely can reach your goal. You've done soooooooo well already! :)

Keep up the great work!

Thank you Phyllis...I lost 2.4 today for a total of 38.4. I made my Halloween challenge. So excited as the jacket I wore for my first weigh in ( I always wore some kind of jacket, even in summer ) was absolutely hanging on me today. But I will keep it and wear it from time to time as a reminder to how far I've come and will never go back.

That's a great loss! Good for you! :)

And I love the idea of keeping the jacket as a visual reminder! Sounds like a great incentive. :)

You rock! Keep up the fantastic work. You're going to get there sooner than you think.
