Hi all, I just wanted to share a tip that has really kept me on track lately. Every saturday after my weigh I buy 3 bags of frozen brussel sprouts, 1 bag frozen green bean and carrot mix, a head of cauliflower and an onion. I chop up everything and mix it together with walden farms zero calorie balsamic dressing, mrs. dash salt free seasoning and a little chili powder. I put it in to large pans since it makes so much and cook it at 400 for about 25 to 30mins. It roasts them and they kind of carmelize. I then portion them out into 7-10 plastic containers and throw them in the freezer. So easy to grab one and put it in my lunch, it only takes 4mins to thaw and cook in the microwave. I love it! Thought it might help someone. Doing all the prep work on grocery day and having things like grapes preportioned into those little baggies is so nice to grab and go!

That is a great idea. Do you find that is cheaper than other options? I am just getting started and I have a mix of fresh and frozen veggies.
