Am I losing weight too fast?

Okay, checked my weight this morning, and it's 192.5. In 4 weeks and 3 days I've lost 10.5lbs. I Do eat every meal and my main exercise is walking to and from work and I DO drink water. But am I losing weight too fast? Or is 10.5 lbs healthy for 4 weeks? I'm 34-years-old.

I think you are ok...as long as you are eating all of your meals and your fruits and veggies!! Everyone loses a larger amount of weight in the beginning. Our bodies are adjusting and getting rid of the water!!

It actually sounds like you're losing at a healthy pace. It all depends on your age, the amount you have to lose, your sex (guys generally lose faster than women), activity, etc. If you're sticking to the plan and your JCC is happy with the rate you're losing, I'd say keep up the great work! :)

Agreed, you are doing great.....like Jen (Reddy) said, you are expected to lose more in the beginning, which will slow down soon. So revel in it now while it last ;)
