Hello everyone, I have reached my halfway and decided to start exercising. For the last 2 days I have walked 3.5miles per day. I am on the 1200 cal menus and starving. I added about 100 cal today to curb the hunger. I hope that is ok. Up to this point I have not exercised any suggestions? In the past when I start exercising on 1200 cal I stall and stay stalled so I am a little nervous. Thanks in advance for any advice.

You might want to talk to your JCC about this especially if you haven't been exercising before. There's a good chance that she'll want you to up your calories even more. And don't forget to volumize with veggies.

Also, make sure you're drinking LOTS of water to not only remain hydrated but also so that it will help fill you up.

Thanks, I will talk with her this week. I will definitely be volumizing more and drinking more water ( I already feel like I am floating). Thanks again for the advice.
