Hey guys,
I hit my year at maintenance last week (hooray!) and was wondering how long it took people to receive the promised money back. My contract had me getting 50% of my $400 sign up fee returned if I kept the weight off for a year. My counselor said she would put in the paperwork, but it might take a while. Also, my husband hit his year of maintenance last March and never got his check. So I'm a little skeptical. Wondering about your experiences.

I don't know about getting the money back because I wasn't on that plan, but I would DEFINITELY go to the manager of your center and complain about your husband for sure. That's 7 months!!!! That's CRAZY! :o

And if you don't get satisfaction I would definitely talk to someone in the corporate offices.

Anyway, I did want to congratulate you for being one year on maintenance!

WAY TO GO!!!!

Keep up the GREAT work - both of you! :D

I'm still waiting from mine and the paperwork was sent (supposedly) in August of this year.

When I got through the year of maintenance, my JCC told me she would send in the paperwork to the corporate office, but it might take a while to recieve the check. But then it actually took less than a month to recieve it. So I would question the manager, especially about your husbands check, sounds like someone dropped the ball. I paid $499 to join for 2 yrs, so getting the $249.50 back was a big thing thing for me. You should have seen the teller at my credit union when I cashed it, she was dying to ask!
