Restarting Jenny after baby and thyroid cancer

Hi all! I'm a 28 y/o with a 15month old. I'm 4 years post thyroid surgery; I used to be on Jenny (before baby and cancer) and lost 40lbs, it was great. I actually got down to pre-baby weight about 4mos ago, then my endocrinologist took me off synthroid for a month to make sure I was in remission. No synthroid= QUICK WEIGHT GAIN. ughh. So, I'm back so I can lose weight all over again (thankfully not as much). Just looking for support buddies

Welcome back! My you have certainly been through the mill and at such a young age. 
But you have a beautiful baby and hopefully the cancer is gone for good!
You know the program works and that's half the battle, so come to the boards often for all the support you need.

Hi Medic Chick!
I certainly know what you mean about stopping Synthroid....I take it as well, and when my dosage is off, I gain like crazy.
So glad you are cancer free hun.....thats awesome!
