So as I introduced last week, I weigh myself everyday, sometimes a few times a day just to see how my body manages little food. Good news, I get full fast as heck now. Bad news I think my scale is broken. ^_^

So I'm on my second week, almost 3rd week of JC and for about 4-5 days straight my scale said I weighed 198 for a long while. Didn't matter if I exercised, didn't exercise, drank buckets of water or just a few sips, I was stubbornly stuck at 198 (this is home scale) and today, this morning, the scale said I weighed 195.5. O.o

Yesterday I followed the diet, but decided to have one can of tuna (in water) and a 1/2 cup of white rice (before cooking) for lunch and I had gone up to 198.5. I was like not bad, only gained half a pound. The dinner time before yesterday, we had steak and stringed potatoes (like hash browns) and my husband cooks really healthy and I lost a bit of weight. Granted, my serving sizes were smaller and I only went off program for two meal times: dinner one day, lunch the other, and I think I lost?

Either that, or I broke my scale.

Yay?

Good for you for sticking losing the weight but do try to stay strictly on the plan as much as possible.

The steak and string potatoes, well, steak is high in fat and the potatoes, unless they were baked without any fat, also probably didn't help. But congrats for not making a worse choice. :)

What bothers me though is that you think you gained a half a pound and you seem "okay" with it.

For someone who is as obsessed with your scale as you say you are (and our weight fluctuates by as much as 4-5 lbs. in a day), I'm surprised you are finding a gain - albeit a small one - acceptable. :(

Seriously, going off plan, unless there is no other way (like you were going to a wedding or some occasion where you had to eat what was served) really should be reserved until you've hit at least half way and even then only under the guidance of your JCC.

I know it's hard but I'm sure you enjoyed seeing that scale drop. So try to stay on track and I bet you will be rewarded with lower numbers sooner than you think. :)
