No one is going to yell at you and your JCC is there to REINFORCE what the plan is, discuss WHY you went off track and to give you a PLAN of how you can get back on the plan and stay on it.
You can discuss your "triggers" for what caused you to slip (and we've ALL slipped) and how to deal with them the next time.
You paid for this counseling so you OWE IT TO YOURSELF to get it!
If you don't go, you are headed straight down a slippery slope. It will make it too easy to say that you don't want to go next week or the week after.
Everyone slips and it's not the slipping that's important to your success but what you do after the slip. How fast do you get back up and what have you learned from the slip to make it easier to avoid or deal with the "pitfall" so that you don't slip again - or at least you don't slip as often.
JC is not only a diet but it's a program to help you learn to develop a new relationship with food for the rest of your life. So how are you going to learn if you keep missing "school"?
Go to your consultation, talk to your JCC and then come back and tell us how it's going.
And if you feel a slip coming again, come to the boards and talk about it. Or use a kitchen timer for 30 minutes or 60 minutes and then while it's running go and do something else so that you distract yourself and when the timer goes off you can make a RATIONAL rather than an IMPULSIVE decision about your food choice.
There's lots of tricks you can learn by staying on track here at the boards and with your JCC, so come and learn with us and we'll all gain knowledge and LOSE weight!

Go to your meeting, and like Phyllis said, your consultant is there to HELP you not scold you. So you had a bad week--so what!? It's the first week of a learning experience, and after you allow yourself to face your first meeting and work on some of your difficulties, you will feel so much better. Obviously you can't do this alone (none of us can--that's why we're here!) so don't turn away from the best helping hands available.
