Ok I'm embarrassed to say that I have gained this first week, I know I have and I'm too embarrassed to go to my first follow up appointment and just thinking of skipping it all together :( need advice!! Feeling like a loser!

It happens. You are adjusting to a new plan and your body is reacting to that. Losing has been very slow for me and I have gained some weeks but it is averaging a pound a week so hang in there, it will come off if you stick with it!

As jmcape says, stick with it. Go to your weight in. Get in the habit of going regardless of what the scale says. Your JC can help you analyze what caused you to eat off plan and help you strategize on ways to prevent this from happening again.

It is also very possible you did nothing "wrong". It could be lots of things you have no control over.... Water retention, BMs or lack thereof, your body just plan hanging onto the weight. Hang in there. Go to your weigh in. Get next weeks food and do it again and again and again. You WILL lose it. Promise.
