Hey everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Molly, and I a 23 years old. I love in Overland Park, Kansas with my new husband- we just got married on July 17! I started the JC program about a month ago, and I have lost 8 pounds so far! I am pleased with the program so far- the food is so good, so I do not feel like I am depriving myself of my favorite foods, and my consultant has been very helpful! She understands that I have a sweet tooth because she does as well, so she made it to where I get to have a sweet snack everyday! It's awesome! I'm on a 1500 calorie diet, but I honestly feel like I am eating enough food because I have learned to fill up on fruit! I'm still working on getting in all the veggies I need- not a big fan of those, haha. I'm on the MM program, and the armband is very helpful! When I plug it in at night, I am surprised at how many calories I burned just by doing ordinary things, like grocery shopping and doing the laundry. :)

I am excited to be here! Looking forward to chatting with you all. :lol:

Hi Mollz-Welcome to JC and to the message boards. Congratulations on your marriage, that is such an exciting time. I am also on the At Home program in my 14th week (wow how time flies). I've really been enjoying it and find it so easy.

Welcome! I think you will continue to love JC! These boards are extremely helpful and a lot of fun, too! I think I'm now on my 17th week, and I'm still loving it.

Hi my name is florisela I started this week and I lost it and then gained it back agian. I have been drinking alot of water and working out everyday since sunday and I have not lost a ib. <_< I am trying to loose wieght becuase I am going to mexico in march to see my hubby that I have not seen for the past 6 months. I gained wieght becuase of the stress and the financial problems. any reccomendations??

Florisela, Stick to the plan and take it one day at a time. Try meditating for stress relief.
