I am a returning JC- lost over 22 lbs and gained 8 back- as a woman in her early 50's- to say it is going slow is an understatement. Only about 3 lbs and this is my 4th week. I am doing better with crossing off food (believe me, it helps) and going to Jazzercise 3-4 times a week. My JC consultant told me maybe I was not eating enough... so, my hubby suggested I download a food tracker on my phone, and no matter what I eat (on the program or off) to log it in and see what happens. I downloaded MyFitnessPal (free) on my Iphone, and it seems pretty good- it lets me know how many calories I have left for the day and I can search over 10,000 different foods or put in my JC calories based on the box.
