Last week I hit the - 42.4 pounds. I'm hoping to be down 2.6 pounds this week to finally make -45 pounds! I'm not sure if it'll happen or not. I've been losing between 2.5 to 3 pounds a week....but I feel like I didn't get enough water into me this week. I guess we'll see in an hour or so!
Stay tuned! LOL
I hope everyone else is still feeling motivated and excited about their accomplishments!
Take care,
Crystal & Jovi - your friendly neighbourhood Canadian!

Sorry about the delay in posting. I only have access at work and have to do it on my breaks or on lunch and I had problems logging in yesterday. Well Monday's weigh-in was my first non-loss week. It was week 14 and I've lost every week since I started....with my lowest loss being 1.5 pounds and my greatest loss being my first week at 7.8 pounds -- gotta love that water weight!)
So this week I was UP 0.8 pounds....then I took off my belt and it was 0.6 pounds. heehee! Smart, eh?!?
I had been going to the gym that week prior to weigh-in.....but I don't think I was getting enough water and I probably did take on a bit more salt than I usually do. It seems as though it was my time to level out a bit. I'm confident I'll be back on track for next week. It's our Thanksgiving up here this weekend....I'm not worried though. My family is super supportive. I'm heading up North of the city to my parents' place in the country. The trees should be gorgeous and the weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend! I should be able to get in some nice long walks with Jovi and my dad and his yellow Lab, Boomer.
I hope to have more exciting weight-loss news for you all next week! Stay tuned! LOL

Sorry you had a little gain, but I'm sure you will lose it quickly since it is just water weight. You definately have the right attitude girl. This isnt a race to hurry and get-r-done......its a slow process sometimes, but the outcome is permanent instead of losing fast and gaining it all back.
Sounds like a relaxing and peaceful weekend coming up for you.....have fun and be safe!
