Skipping things such as fruits & veggies can cause you to be below 1200 calories which can shock your body into starvation mode.
Here's a really good article explaining what can happen:
Starvation Mode
Lost more than 70lbs in 2008/2009
Have put a few back on - back for a tune up - hoping for a new low.

OA has changed my life and made me happier than I ever believed possible. - If anyone is interested in knowing more - please PM and I would be happy to answer any questions.

Hang in there, you have to look at the positive here, you are down 6 pounds in three weeks, that's AWESOME! Your body is probably adjusting to the new lifestyle. Stay focused and I bet in week 4 you will have lost more weight!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

There are bunches of reasons your scale isn't moving and along with not eating all of your fruits and veggies, it could also be water weight, it's tougher to lose the older we get, your time of the month, medication, etc.
I had to lose 45 lbs. and it came off in ounces, not pounds. You're doing great!
I know you don't believe it but you are. As you are adjusting to a new way of looking at food, your body is also adjusting to this new regimen.
It's possible to go for weeks without losing. I'm not saying that to upset you but rather to give you a heads up.
Are you exercising? If so, your body's fat is turning into muscle and chances are you will see more of a difference by the tape measure than you will by the scale.
Besides, it hasn't been that long. Stop obsessing. You're only making yourself crazy.
And go back to eating EVERYTHING you're supposed to be eating. You may not think it's a big deal to skip the fruits and veggies but your body does. And, yes, because you're already in a low weight category and low cal category it is going to fight you to keep on the weight so help out your metabolism by making sure you are eating every 2-3 hours (and the lo-cal popcorn is fine IF that is your snack). You need the veggies and fruit for fiber and nutrition. You have to drink that half gallon or more of water as well to flush out your system.
If you're only going to do the plan half-way, then, yes, you're likely not going to see the results you want.
Hang in there. I know you can do it and if you do, you'll soon see the scale start to drop again.

But seriously, you really are doing good! Hang in there, and like Phyllis said...eat ALL your food, it really does make a difference.
