Jenny at home Billing and Service Fees

Anybody else having problems with billing and getting hit with credit card charges for service fees from Jenny because items shorted were added to next shipment. I'm new on the program and totally confused about how they bill for food.

Nope sorry, I never had any issues with shipping or billing :)
