I need to know if after the first week on Jenny you gained weight? I followed the plan to a t and gained 3 lbs!! I was very frustrated with Stewart, looking at him as if to say I'm not paying to gain weight!! lol Anyone else out here that has this issue? I'm hoping my next weigh in I would have lost. Prayers lots of prayers

Awesome, I still have forty pounds to lose and it is slow going lately. There is so much stuff I am involved in some days it is really hard to stick to Jenny. Not to mention everyone offering you food that looks so good but you know you shouldn't have. I hope you are having a great week.

Stewart is also my coach. Generally when I do not lose it is because I retain water weight. Hopefully yours was water weight and you will lose at your next weigh in.
