One of the big selling points for me to sign-up with Jenny was the access to someone 24/7. They are no longer doing this and I feel like I should get part of my money back since I'm not getting all of the services for the plan I signed up for. I also heard mention of a class action lawsuit in my center (something about fraud since it's still being advertised). Thoughts?

I'm a little confused. Did you call the 800 number and no one was there or did you think that you could call your own personal center 24/7 and speak to someone at that office?

I didn't even know there ever had been a Jenny Care number so you got me there.

Sorry to hear there is no longer a 24/7 call center....this is news to me. I have called it myself and recommended others to do so as well. Thx for informing us Nicole.
