I take Greek Plain Yogurt, mix in about 1/4 tsp almond extract and 1 splenda packet. It is sooo yummy. Great with Strawberries mixed in.

Greek plain yogurt is a great substitute for sour cream! It's non-fat, nice and thick and creamy. I use some in the chicken fajitas.

Yup, I use it as a sour cream replacement as well. The Greek type is so much better than regular plain yogurt for that.

Why it is better than fat free sour cream?

OK, let's not get anal retentive about this, ladies. If you want FF sour cream have it, but if you have plain yogurt in the house, eat that. I don't think the calorie police are following this thread THAT closely. ;)

That's right. Now that we were anal and NOW KNOW that they are similar, we can now comfortably have whichever one comes out of the fridge when we put our right hand in and take our right hand out.........
