I am very excited about this program...I have the sweetest consultant, don't have to cook and am eating food I like..and losing weight..haven't been on the scale,but can just tell my clothes already feeling a lil' loser! Yay!

As for the Anytime bars, if you don't like them, you can substitute a milk (lowfat or skim), an ounce of meat or a sugar-free yogurt and a vitamin pill. There seems to be a love/hate thing with the Anytime bars. Some people love them, and others, like me, hate them. So you do have a choice.
Come to the boards often to get inspiration, ask questions, rave about your success or rant about any possible challenges.

Like Phyllis said, you will find lots of great advice/tips/encouragement here...so come often, you will find you NEED it!
...and I agree, the food is awesome.....I used to joke with my friends that I was finally eating "gourmet" food. lol.....compared to fast food funk I was eating before jc.
