This is my 3rd day on the program and I am loving it!!! I have loved all the food I have eaten so far. The only thing I am not real fond of is the oatmeal anytime bars..I think I'll try the other ones next time.

I am very excited about this program...I have the sweetest consultant, don't have to cook and am eating food I like..and losing weight..haven't been on the scale, but can just tell my clothes already feeling a lil' loser! Yay! Savana

Welcome, Savana! I'm a long-time JC client (hit my goal, kept it off for three years, had a slip-up and came back). Anyway, you're right, the food's great, the people are wonderful and you'll love the board. There are so many great folks on here who can help you through your journey.

As for the Anytime bars, if you don't like them, you can substitute a milk (lowfat or skim), an ounce of meat or a sugar-free yogurt and a vitamin pill. There seems to be a love/hate thing with the Anytime bars. Some people love them, and others, like me, hate them. So you do have a choice.

Come to the boards often to get inspiration, ask questions, rave about your success or rant about any possible challenges.

Thank you,Phyllis! That is sooo great that you kept your weight off for 3 years..and then came back before your weight got too high! Smart you!! I usually take off weight and keep it off about a year and then put it back. I've never done Jenny Craig before though...so I have HIGH hopes! :)

Yep. Just like you heard from Phyllis and Melissa, come back early and often. Share your successes and your struggles. You will find support and advice. We are all in this together!!!
