Yes, it's perfectly normal.
It also could be any number of things you don't think about such as the clothes you're wearing, your time of month, humidity, bowel movements, etc. Don't worry too much about it. Just stay on plan because you're doing great! And welcome to JC!!!

Keep up with your water (plain water is best, when I drink unsweetened decaf tea, I see weight flucations). STAY ON THE Menu PLAN! Keep exercising or find a new thing you want to try like Zumba classes or lap swimming (something I am going to do when YMCA finishes moving to their new facility).
And keep coming back here to talk to all of us. I am a professional dieter at age 49 so I know what I need to do, just need to do it!!!

Keep in mind, weight can be fluctuated by so many things....hormones, menstrual cycle, too much sodium, meds, heat, activity.....the list goes on and on.
Hang in there....you will meet your goal if you stay determined
