I lost 26lbs. 3 years ago and kept it off for another year. Then it slowly started creeping back. Slowly at first and the it steam-rolled! I gained everything back plus 5 more. I tried low carb / no carb / weight watchers, etc. and nothing worked. I don't know why I didn't go back to Jenny sooner - knowing that it works! I have to say I felt immediate relief after I called my center for an appointment and even better after I met with my fabulous consultant! Reading all of your posts is very motivating. Now to do the hard work!

I also had to return after regaining 10 lbs. so I understand the "I thought I could do it on my own mentality." There are LOTS of us who have had to return which is why there is even a forum dedicated to Returning Clients.

Anyway, I'm almost back to goal and I know you will do great! And if you ever start to see that scale creep up next time, step away from the scale and head to the phone and call JC. It will be like calling "family" for help.
