Withdrawal? I dunno. Most headaches are vascular in nature although some can be food allergies. But I can't imagine there's anything THAT strange in JC food that you wouldn't have consumed before and would have noticed then that it caused a reaction.
Where's the headache? If it's one-sided and you're having visual problems, it's likely a migraine. If it's mostly across your forehead and around your eyes and the upper part of your face, it's probably sinus (which can be allergies, air quality, humidity or atmospheric pressure in general. If it's like a band around your head, it's tension (which all things being equal is understandable even if you're not embarking on a diet).
If it's a combination and you're also feeling nausea and any other symptoms, it COULD be the food (again, still doubtful) but either contact your doctor or talk to your JCC consultant to see if there are some foods which have triggered severe headaches
(No, I'm not a doctor but I've head headaches for over 50 years so I'm sort of a specialist on them. LOL)

Your body is going through SO many changes right now since you started a new eating plan.....give it a few days, I think it will pass.....at least most ppl on here have said it passes.
