Welcome! Yes, I too felt pretty hungry for my first 48 hours or so. But hang in there, it does get better.

I agree, the hunger gets better in time and drinking lots of water does help....as well as spacing your snacks out. Just hang in there and it WILL pass!

Remember that you're supposed to eat every 2-3 hours which will not only help ensure that your metabolism is working at its best but also will help control the hunger.
Snack on raw veggies, space your daily fruit out so that you can have something to eat as a snack, don't forget you also get a "real" snack (cake, pretzels, corn puffs, etc.) so enjoy that when you are at your "hungriest" and want a "real" snack.
Drink TONS of water (or things like Crystal Light or flavored water - not diet cola) and that also will help. I also find that low-sodium V-8 juice is very satisfying plus you're getting more veggies.
This will all get better and it will become routine before you know it.
Come back to the boards often.
