Hey everyone! My name is Emily and I'm 16! I just started JC today and I'm super excited! I know it won't be easy but I can't wait to see my results in the end. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or anything for me since I'm new to this and I want to stay on the program and not veer off at all! Thanks!
