I have been on JC for a year; lost 49 pounds.
Happy with food and consultations.
BUT the JC centers computers are driving me crazy.
In the last 2 months, it has been delay after delay when I
show up for my appointment.
Does anyone else have this issue at their center?
Lots of my time being wasted!!!!!

I'll second that! Since I joined in 2007, I'd say that 25-30% of my appointments have been delayed or otherwise inconvenienced because of the computer systems at my JC center being down.
Please work to resolve whatever is causing these malfunctions. Thanks!

My center has the same issue. At least those working there seem to be so used to it that it doesn't slow things down much. Definitely an issue.

Always, always, always a problem!! My appointment delayed, can't find me in the computer, can't process my visa so have to phone it in later, can make an appointment for the following week, etc, etc. Really getting fed up with it.
