Ok... So let me start with something basic:
I am 21 and used to weight 208 pounds with just 5'4''... I went down to 120 (thanks to a million diets, but most of it was Jenny Craig and gym!) I moved recently and since I don't cook at all I was eating outside and gained 40 pounds :-( I'm ready to take this challenge again and go back to my 120 pounds!!!! I feel uncomfortable with my body and I wear a lot of loose clothe because I'm ashamed of it... Tomorrow will be my first day eating Jenny Craig (again!) I'm kind of excited that technically I'll be saving money :) haha and I don't have to cook!!!

I want buddies that can come to the forum often and support each other with exercise, food, weight, struggles, motivations, feelings and whatever is happening in your life haha! I'm a pretty down to earth person, fun, full of life and happy (even though I hate this pounds) haha!

BTW I kept my 120pounds for a LONG time (I guess I miss my mom watching the diet for me hahaha! Time to groooow up -boooo- haha)

Are you in? Yes? Yes? Yes? Come onnnn say yes ;) we will have fun! :)

Hi Nat! My name is Molly and I just joined JC about a month ago. Congrats on making the commitment to come back! I have been struggling with my weight since high school. I did weight watchers when I was about 17, and got down to my ideal weightof 140, and then life happened and I became seriously depressed and turned to food for comfort.... blah blah. You know the story. So now I am 23 and I was at 253 when I finally decided that enough is enough. Many people in my life that were concerned about my weight were encouraging me to try JC, and I was reluctant to because I thought I could lose weight on my own, but I finally just decided that there is no shame in asking for help, and I am so glad I did! I have lost 8 pounds so far, and I am so happy! :)

Welcome to both of you! And if you need "big sisters" (in some cases read "older" LOL) who have already been down the road you're on or who are also heading down the same road, come to the boards. We're all here to support each other. :)

Count me in!

A little about myself.

I am 25, and have been a big girl my whole life. I started doing WW with my Mum when I was 14. At that time I was 180lbs. I got down to 130 and got full of myself and gained it all back. Back to WW I went. I wasn't in the right fram of mine. I fluctuated between poor mr and who cares, I'll always be big.

Sept 2010 I got engaged and decided that WW was NOT the right program for me. I needed something more structured. I made the switch to Jenny at 228lbs and have found my JCC to be so wonderfully supportive. I had my wedding Sept 2011 and 198lbs and in the last 3 months I lost my concentration and weighed in today at 211. NOT COOL.

I'v had my 'fun' and now it's time to get back on track. There is nothing 'fun' about it! Sure, I enjpt the food but I feel gross. I dont feel good in anyway. I want to feel good in my clothes nevermind smaller ones at this point!

My MetabolicMax band is charging as I write this and my bag is packed for the gym tomorrow.

HERE WE GO!

Yea, Victoria!!! That's awesome! Keep up the great work!!!

Oh, and don't forget, when you drink alcohol - first, try to limit yourself to avoid the excess calories and skip your snack and also double up on the water since alcohol (and the sodium in wine) makes you retain water so you'll want to flush it out.

You're doing great!!!! :)
