Hey All-
I have been doing JC for about 9 mos now and I'm really stuck!! I need someone I can check in with as often as possible to keep me on track. I am a busy mom who is also going to school part time and working full time. I am so determined to make it work this time in my mind, but I keep getting off track! Anyone up for a challenge?

Hey rkeith!

I'm up for a challenge! :) This is my second time on JC, and I have 60-70 pounds to lose. I'm not a mom yet, but am married and have a crazy career, so I could also use as many reminders to stay on track as possible. Want to keep in touch and check in during our journeys?

I had been doing JC for about the same amount of time and got frustrated so fell off the wagon for a month. I'm back and want to loose 30 more lbs, I lost 25 the first 8 months. I lost my first 25 (I have not gained any back) with no working out other than work and the baby.

I'm a Mom of a three year old and married with a full time job (in the food industry) So happy to help I need a bit of support too! I'm supper excited to be back and ready to go! I worked out once this week and plan to go tomorrow. My son and I are off to the farmers market today and then off to the playground. I hope to get some work out some were in there. My husband is supportive but I need JC friends too. :)

Thanks everyone! I am doing well today. I have not eaten off plan once. It doesn't help that I have been sick for the past 2 days; a labor day cold I guess. I am feeling alittle better, so I am planning on hitting up a party this evening. I am planning on eating before I go to the party so I am not so tempted by all the food that I will encounter. I need ot find a mantra to repeat to myself when I am struggling with the temptation to cave. Anyone have a good one?

Good for you, I can't say the same. lol but I'm loosing with excercise to. Have your soup before you go and a snack. make sure you make wise choices like veggies no dipping and drink plenty of water. Have fun.

I keep reminding myself it's for my family and I have more energy to play with my son and that makes it worth it.
I'm not sure it help but, i hope so. I also come on here for a little support to.
