But what is worse..is I feel that a trust has been broken between me and my JC consultant. I am already on 100% meals on my own due to job lose and lack of $ to buy the food.

There may have been some miscommunication but I agree with DebJoy. Remember why you signed up and congratulations on doing so well! Think about it. Would you rather still be carrying those extra pounds or get your money back? More to the point, if they didn't offer half the enrollment back, wouldn't it still be worth having lost almost 50 lbs?
Don't let this misunderstanding stop you from continuing on the road you've taken or slow down your commitment to yourself and continue on your weight loss journey. After all, you're more than halfway there!
Keep up the GREAT work!

That being said- I have not decided if I'll be going back to the center. Its not about money- its about trust. I am however, tracking my weight loss on my own and eating right. I am no longer eating JC food. I have been eating on my own for a while now and still losing weight.
Thank you for the encouragement.

Yeah, you did misunderstand. You have to hit your goal weight and keep that weight within 5 pounds (up or down) for one year...then you get the money back. I have 5 months to go and cha ching....$$$$
