I also have a hard time getting all my water in, so what I do is add Lemon and splenda and I buy the flavored waters. Any way we can get that water in will work!

If you like carbonated drinks, you might like the carbonated waters. Not much to my liking, however.

I thought about starting Jenny Craig in May, but only called the At Home program a couple of days ago.
I really wish I'd started when you did - I'd be 25 pounds lighter now!
