Is Complete Start Cereal being retired? This is one of my very favorite options for breakfast. It's very filling, high in protein and not sugary. I don't like a sugary/sweet start to my day and this cereal really fit the bill unlike a lot of the other choices. Please don't take it away!

I haven't been able to order it. All my JCC said was "we are out of it". I didn't ask any further questions and just picked a different cereal.

This is one of my favourite cereals as well. I have found one that isn't exactly the same but pretty close! The brand is Weetabix Grain Shop. It's not too sweet and has a variety of grains like the Complete Start.

It's also the healthiest cereal on the list IMO. highest amount of fiber. OMG if they're taking it off the menu...well not that it would matter that much to me personally since I typically buy Fiber One Original - 14 grams fiber and 60 calories per 1/2 cup. :) but still...cereal is a popular breakfast item with many people and not all of us like sweet cereals early in the AM you know :)
1st run at JC - started 31 July 2007 @ 170.4, down to goal weight of 140 in June 2008.

2nd JC run - returned 18 Mar 09 @ 158.4, currently 149.4 as of 15 Apr 09 initial goal 145, ultimate goal 140

My JCC told me last week it is going away. It is my favorite too and will start subbing Fiber One also.

Yep, I heard the same thing. Fiber One is pretty good I think.

It will be interesting to see what they come up with to replace it.

I don't think it's going away. I just got it in an online order and it's also ordered in my next shipment.

I was just at my appointment and was told it WAS BEING DISCONTINUED, so I bought extra. Wonder why they are telling different members different things? Weird.

Maybe their different warehouses/regions have a certain number of packages left. My area is probably out, that's why the filled me in, while some other regions still have quite a bit remaining, so they haven't "officially" made the announcement yet. Just speculating.

Hey guys, with all of the confusion I just called and spoke to Breanna at the Green Hills location in Nashville, TN and asked her what was going on. She said that there are still some warehouses that have complete start left (ours has very little, that's why they warned me) and once those final packages are gone, that's it, no more complete start. Their number is 1-615-385-1000.

why do they keep discontinuing all my favorites? out of all the cereals, this is the only one I buy. It has the most fiber and nutrients, and isn't a sugary start to the day.
