I have yogurt. I don't drink milk either.

A milk serving is equivalent to two meat servings. You can have 3 tablespoons of egg whites and an ounce of turkey or ham.

Yes you can have yogurt or cottage cheese. As stated above, 2 meat servings= 1 milk serving. 1/4 cup of cottage chesse is 1 meat serving, so 1/2 cup of cottage cheese= 1 milk serving.

I mix 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 3 packets of Splenda and a splash of vanilla, with berries and 3/4 cup of cereal that equals the same nutrition as in a JC cereal portion. It is a huge bowl of food and entirely within the limints on a 1200-calorie/day diet. I have this every day and I really look forward to it!
