Not very happy ....
i recently found out (too late tho) about a summer promotion where if you purchase 8 weeks of food totaling a certain $ amount you could earn a free week of food.

Well I purchassed the food during the time period but did not find out about this promotion until the final week.

What gives?

Hey Nancy!

I almost missed this one too! Luckily, my friend told me about it!

I love my JCC, but I think she doesn't always remember this stuff! I think from now on, I'll periodically ask!

Nancy- Did they tell you that you don't get the free week? It was not something you had to "sign up" for. It should be automatic if you qualified. Although, I agree, they should have told you about it. It seems that a lot of people were not aware of the promotion, but if you bought $75 worth of food every week, you should get the free week of food. It seems that people who do the at-home program do not qualify, however.

the qualifications for the free week of food were: 9 weeks of food purchases over $75 coupled with a consultaion, so if you spent under $75 or purchased the correct dollar amount but did not have a consultation that week did not count. if you met the requirements you have until mid august to redeem. if you did not make the 9 weeks, there were incentives for 8 weeks and 7 weeks as well

I told my JCC that many people did not know. She said that sometimes people came in on the 2nd or 3rd week 9or later) of the promotion, so they didn't tell these clients because they couldn't have participated anyway, since they were late.

I guess the centers could have told everyone a little ahead of time, and they would have known when to come in.

I am a Jenny direct client and just found out that, if I order four weeks of food at a time, they do not charge for deliver of the second two-weeks' worth. That would have saved me $65 per month. My old JCC never mentioned it to me.

That stinks. My JCC told me about that the first time I was making an order.
