A tad about me ... Starting out at 214 lbs, aiming for 140. Seems sooooooo far away! But I've lost weight the super fast way in the past, and clearly, that's not worked long term for me. So it's time I take the slow route for life!

Goal #2: 10% total body weight loss
Goal #3: 30 lbs lost
Goal #4: HALF-WAY to GOAL!
Goal #5: 20% total body weight loss
Goal #6: 50 lbs lost
Goal #7: 60 lbs lost
Goal #8: 30% total body weight loss
Goal #9: GOOOAAAAALLLLLL ... 140 lbs!

Have you found a Jenny Buddy yet? I have been with Jenny off and on, and have every excuse under the sun to not do this or that. I started this time around at 240, and I'm at 228 as of today. But weakness has been my issue for the past week or so. I missed my meeting last weekend, and hopefull will be back on track by the next one. It's hard. And getting any activity is my devil. If you check, write me back.
