I'm in my 50's and find the weight is finally coming off. Slowly, but it's coming off! Most of the time, I'm not hungry physically, but sometimes I want to eat to soothe. I have two great kids, and am married and work full-time. I love to offer support to other people and would really enjoy being there for you.

Hi Nan, there's lots of us here who would love to help. I did JCD and lost 50 pounds and have kept all but of them off for over a year now. Tell us how we can help, and stop by the Coffee Shoppe thread for another round of rousing great fun. We talk about anything and everything, and just try to keep it positive.
50+ pound weight loss and into maintenance. It's been an exciting road and well worth the effort.

Here's to weight loss and a new life!

Hi Betty,
I know very well what you are talking about! I've gone through it about once a month. I just forgive myself, and get back on the plan the next day. The weight's going to come off, just a few days later, that's all. Sometimes I find myself getting annoyed that I have to be on the plan; I just want to eat what I want to eat!
Then I review my goals and the reasons why I started the plan. What are your reasons, if I might ask?
Nan :)
