Well, if you want to do EVERY meal on your own, you wouldn't be on JC. How many MOMO do you want to do each week?

Don't be intimidated by the consultants (salespeople). It's their job to sell as much as possible. It's your job to do what's right for you within your budget.

I plan on telling my JCC that I want to start doing breakfasts on my own every day and do away with the anytime bars. I feel like those are easy things to find substitutes for that I can find for much less money.

I have never bought breakfast entrees or bars and I only buy about 15 or so items each week.

I'm paying for the accountability of the looking at the scale each week.

I did away with my anytime bars after the first two weeks. I also order 2 weeks' worth of food about every 3 weeks. I never had any problem from my JCC.

I did 100% Jenny for two weeks only. I cook and have a family, which many of you do, so Jenny was problematic for my family. After the two weeks, I purchased only lunches and snacks. I ate my own breakfast (cereal, fat free milk and fruit). I created our own dinners (lean meat, large salad with fruit, quality starch). You need to do what is best for your budget and your lifestyle. Use the menus to guide your choices. If you have times in the day that are most challenging, buy those Jenny entrees. I struggle with lunch...and want convenience. Dinner was made for my entire family, so Jenny meals just would not do. Structure yourself. You can recreate many of the Jenny meals at home, if you set your mind to it.

By the way, 25 pounds lost and maintained for over a year.
