I am not sure what you mean when you say "really having a problem with the food." Do you not like the food or the portions? Try everything once. There will be things you like and things you don't like. Once you have tried everything, you can plan your menu with only the items you do like. As far as the portions go, they do seem small at first. Make sure to add veggied to your dishes. It will help to fill you up. You will get used to the portions over time. These entrees are the sizes we SHOULD be eating. We have become so used to huge portions. When I first started, I would tell myself, I am not going to die because I am a little hungry or my portion looks small. Over time I got used to it and the hunger goes away. Your stomach will shrink and get used to the smaller portions.

What do you mean by your having a problem? as in gas or you just dislike it.
