I've only been on the plan for a month, and this entree was sold out at my center for while. Tried it tonight and will buy it again. Excellent, filling (and I appreciate that alot, when trying to lose weight) comfort food! Can see why it is popular.

I was also told that this one was retired. Please bring back something similar! I enjoyed having turkey as a dinner option.

The turkey dinner is a supplier problem. It's one of the most popular entrees, they are working on finding a new supplier who can meet the dietary requirements.

I don't often get upset when JC takes away menu items - this one made me furious! Bring back my Turkey and Stuffing! How can you have a diet menu and not serve Turkey? Enough of the Mexican and Asian meals already!!!!!!

Yes, I know, lots of people are upset about the turkey but JC knows that and they're working on it (or so I've been repeatedly been told) on finding a new supplier to meet their standards and the demand.

I keep getting assured they are hoping to find someone soon (they're testing a couple of companies).

There are some LC and WW frozen turkey meals to try. JC will lose sales if they don't get one back. It isn't that hard to sub out a meal here and there.

Mmmmm...I miss it. I have one still in my freezer. Maybe tonight it'll be a turkey night.

I think I might buy the WW one, which has no stuffing, but it tastes great...I think JC really has to start coming up with some new menus, and I agree with the too many bean dishes...WW has a great key lime pie that JC discontinued also...Come on Jenny, more choices, especially lunches.

Lean cuisine has a stuffing one with apple dessert.

Oh Turkey Dinner how I miss you so!

Think my JCC is getting tired of me asking every week if there's been any news on a new supplier. Of all the dinners on the JC program this is by far my favorite and I'll be happy when they return.

Until then I've been supplementing the LC Roasted Turkey Breast dinner instead.

Nutrition Basics
Calories 290
Fat 7g
Fiber 5g
Protein 19g
Sodium 890mg
Carbohydrates 38g

The sodium is a higher than I'd like but I have just got to have my Turkey. :D

Since you look so fabulous, I thought I would ask. How are you going to survive the Thanksgiving holiday? Will you be eating the LC Turkey dinner? Would you recommend doing this? I haven't talked to my consultant yet but just wanted some first-hand opinions so that I can survive Thanksgiving Dinner and perhaps LOSE weight that week.

I was on JC years ago and just started back a few weeks ago. the turkey was always one of my favorites! They had ALOT more variety back then that have now. I also think what they had then was a better quality than what is offered now. I have been doing it now for 5 weeks and am really tired to the same old food, because there are some foods that I just do not like...Like the VERY stringy chicken in the "cookout chicken & beans". I have been buying some Wt Watchers and Lean Cruisine frozen dinners to have a better variety. There are many that are within the calorie range of JC food and many that have more protein which keeps you full longer. The lite Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls at 220 calories are much better that JC breakfasts, and cost less, too. I think Jenny better get a better variety or they are going to lose customers.

Well, I do have to agree with you on the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. They are AWESOME! I add salsa to them and they are soooooo yummy.

I don't have too much of a problem with the dinner variety (I don't do many of the breakfasts anyway), but I do wish there were more options for lunch.
