My JCC told me I couldn't email my weekly menu because they don't have access to email! What in the world? Why have the option to email it if it's not a usable tool? This is 2011 give the staff the tools they need to support us please!

I am having issues with a consultant, I never have the same one from month to month. It is hard to try and connect with someone new every month. I have sent my consultant emails but she never responds. She states that she responded to my emails and I just didn't receive them!

Yes! I am a JCC and it would be so helpful to have access to e-mail, whether it be Jenny Craig e-mail or our very own personal ones! Communication is key between us and our clients and it would be wonderful to send PDF files, menus, and endless other materials back and forth! (especially to the ones who live over 10 miles away!)

My JCC did get my emails...but usually calls if i send her a message. I know they do have access...I have sent pics before that they did receive

My JCC said she only has access to her e-mails from her home account and she also said she can't access the internet from her office computer. (I guess they don't want their JCCs to be "surfing" when they're supposed to be working? I don't know. It seems like it's more limiting than helpful.)
