I joined yesterday-have my center # and client number but it doesn't recognize me. Any suggestions?

I have been on the program for 2 weeks and it still hasn't udated me to be a client. I have called 3x and talked to my center I don't know what to do. I am so irritated. I am a paid member and the website still wont take me info.
I talked to my JCC and she has all the info correct it's something on there end that isint working,

Call the Jenny Care number. I had the same problem, but it got fixed while I was on the phone with them.

I have been on the phone with them 4x. They still can't figure it out. They say they have to "call" me back when they speak to technical support. Its been 2 weeks now and still no call back. I'd tell the ppl in the center but I only have 15mins with them! I am so irritated!
