OK. I just finished week 7. I've had losses every week except this last one.
I GAINED .2 pounds.... YIKES!! According to my Body Media armband I should be losing
2 pounds a week (over 1000 calorie deficit daily). Same deficit last week when I lost 2.2.
I have been very careful to eat only what I am supposed to be eating. So why why why???
I don't get it. I don't want to get discouraged at this early point, but man..... I have a TON
of weight to lose so you would think it would be coming off.

As far as your body media......I'm still a skeptic on that and the MM and I havent been convinced they are 100% accurate....so I would say, dont rely solely on your body media.
Most of all, hang in there....its not rocket science, if you eat fewer calories than you did before jc, exercise and drink your water YOU WILL LOSE!!!!! Your body WILL release the excess weight if you persevere.

Thanks Melissa, I know in my head you are right... and I will continue to keep it up. I am not giving up because of one gain!!!!
I was skeptical as well about the armband because that is what I am about stuff like that. However, I have seen that the days when I am a slug - yep, believe it or not I still have those days!! - it does record fewer calories burned than on my active days. I would like to figure out how it does what it does.

Good news to report. This week's weigh in much better. Down 1.4 pounds! Total 18!!
