Last night I went for my weigh in and shocking the computers were down AGAIN! I have now been on the program for 14 weeks and at least every other week or third week the system is down. So not only do I lose the ability to fully interact with my JCC based on my history, I can't schedule an appointment, and the most ridiculous is they write down my cc information because heaven forbid they don't get paid! All of the consultants hate this new and improved program and as an IT professional - I don't blame them. Who is in charge of this? How long do you "work out the bugs" and determine - this isn't working? I really think their time would have been much better served working on a system that was geared to the clients (food tracking, online ordering, etc.) and leave the consultant program as it was - working. For an international company, this screams small business. Sorry Jenny - you are really getting this wrong.

I was just curious - is this only at my center or does anyone else see this?

My center is the same... tons of issues, all the time! And when it does work... it is soooo slow. It takes us my entire appt just to do a food order sad.gif

My Centre in MA is the same, too. They run this program that looks straight out of the 80s and it's on IE. My boyfriend is a programmer and says IE is the worst browser out there. It is forbidden in our house. I agree it's totally ridiculous and a waste of time.

I was there Wednesday at 4:15 CST and they were down, probably same time as you. It is ridiculous that they are down so often.

I fax my food order over ahead of time, so that helps most weeks. However, yesterday that hadn't put it in before I arrived, but it didn't hold up anything. She'll put it in later and charge my card.

My center had a problem about a month ago, but everything has been fine since then.

From what I was told this morning, the whole system has been down (in part, like the entering food order part) for a couple of days.

My center doesn't usually seem to have a problem.

My center has problems all the time. This time they have been down for 2 days. Yesterday - they 'tried' to calculate what my order total was - and said if they were wrong they would give me a refund. How do they not know how much their products are???? I really thing my center charges on some type of a sliding scale.
Not only are the computers constantly down - or slow - they are always out of food on Wednesdays because they get their shipment in on Thursdays. Of course the only available appointment times are on Wednesday.... I'm getting a little irritated with the whole set-up.

Our computers have been out, intermittently, ever since I returned last September. Most of the time, they can at least get my food order in, but I don't pay by credit card.

Yup, same problems. Almost every week and always around 4-4:30ish. My center even put up a framed sign apologizing for any inconvenience with the computer program.

Same here I go in CT and I had a coupon she couldn't even get the code to work. So she told me she just didn't charge me because they can't figure it out. Hey, fine by me, I only owed 15 bucks. But still I want ppl to get paid. I am going on week 3 and I have had problems so far. sad.gif Jenny needs to get it right because she will be haveing ppl walk out if they get mad or have to wait.

They're all on the same system - and all were down last week for at least 4 days. It happens.
